What we’ll do is actually go to the builders. This allows them to get a pool of funds from us.
With this arrangement, builders can spend some money on the front end to buy that rate down.
Essentially, they can spend discount points to get some premium pricing for their clients, the end user.

It means a lower monthly payment. It’s a nice incentive that builders can now offer through our partnership to get you the best payment possible, even in what can be a tough environment with fluctuating rates.
